The Elves and the Shoemaker

The Elves and the Shoemaker

"Arthur and Elsie run ‘Arthur’s’, a shoe shop. Times are hard, and with Christmas approaching, all Arthur wants to give his wife is a Christmas she deserves. Down to their last few pennies, can Arthur’s dreams really come true?

One night, while Arthur and Elsie are asleep, three Elves; Orion, Artemis and Finn, enter the shop and put together a pair of boots. Much to Arthur’s surprise, the boots sell instantly, and he is able to buy more leather to make more boots, but will his greed get the better of him?

It seems that Arthur and Elsie’s luck has changed, as they sell more and more boots, but one of the elves has dreams of their own.

Unknown to the elves, they are watched one night, and soon they find that there is no more leather to make boots. Has Arthur realised the error of his greed? Will the elves own dreams come true? And will everyone have a happy Christmas?"
