Canterbury Tales

Geoffrey Chaucer is not quite dead! Four alchemists, having discovered the elixir of life, have given Geoffrey a chance of survival. In a dramatic attempt to bring him back to life, they invite three of Chaucer's best-known pilgrim's, the Pardoner, the Nun's Priest and the Knight, to tell their Canterbury Tales.

Laugh Out Loud Theatre Company presents 'The Canterbury Tales', adapted by Martin Riley. Directed by Natalie ÄŒástka with local Northamptonshire based actors, Emma Kendrick, Keith Maddern, Leto Dietrich and Julia Holland playing the alchemists, as well as a whole host of colourful characters. Riley’s adaptation is silly, funny, full of audience participation and guaranteed to entertain - this is community theatre at its finest. Join us for an interactive medieval hoot for all the family!
